    Even though it’s hard, it really does help to get some exercise, go outside, see some other colors and shapes than at home …

      As I say it does help…and it doesn’t. Still if nothing else, at least I am getting some exercise!.

        Yes … and you might feel much worse if you stayed inside. Even if you still don’t feel great afterwards.

    It’s so frustrating when things that should help we feel better stop working.
    I do hope you can feel a litte better by going out/walking, even if the black dog is with you. The effort of walking almost everyday sure is something to be proud of!

      Thanks lovely. I am quite proud of keeping up the walking. The black dog is with me whether I walk or not so I might as well walk it.
