    You have taken the first step by putting it out there, brave lady. Having suffered from depression for 30 odd years I know where you are coming from. Getting older has helped me be myself and not to care so much what other people think. The tablets help too but have cut them down and now going down the holistic route. Yoga and meditation,mindfulness,healthy eating, good sleep. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon x

      Thank you Terri so much – it always means so much to me to hear from people. Way too often feels like I am just talking to myself on here! I feel like change is coming and I am hopeful that whilst it may not always be easy, things will be better. I don’t think I will ever be without my depression and anxiety, they are simply part of me. But managing them, yep that is something I can do. Good luck to you too x
